Scope of the role:
To conceptualize and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our clients’ brand identities, positioning and messaging through all brand touchpoints; to be able to edit basic video and create motion graphics.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Conceptualize and execute outstanding creative work
- Collaborate with other agency members/teams/divisions to develop creative concepts
- Manage visual identity of brands
- Ability to edit basic video and create motion graphics
- Create high-quality print, editorial and digital layouts and oversee shoots
- Ensure consistency and integration of art direction across all communication channels
- Responsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign off
- Work according to the brief - understandthe relevance of the target market
- Develop your professional skills on a daily basis
- Keep abreast of current trends within the Advertising industry
Qualifications
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
- Tertiary qualification inArt Direction
- Minimum 3-4years’ experience working as an Art Director in an Advertising Agency
- Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications (After Effects / Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD)
- Experience in video editing and animationis essential
- Experience using InVision would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage key stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills (comfortable presenting internally and externally)
- Strong multi-tasking skills (able to work on multiple briefs at any given time)
