About the job Human Resources Generalist
Job purpose:
The main purpose is to assist the organisation with providing a full spectrum of Human Resource services, support, and solutions at an operational level. The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the organisations policies, procedures and best practices.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a HR Generalist in a manufacturing / unionized environment
- Valid Drivers License / Own Vehicle
- Sage 300 (advantageous)
- Computer Literate
- Bargaining Council and CCMA experience (NON Negotiable)
- Highly organised and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
