Sandton, Johannesburg - Our Client is looking for a brilliant Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience for a fast-growing commercial interior design and build team in Sandton. You would need to be an energetic and sociable team player with the ability to multitask and handle a multitude of projects through phases 4 to 6 of the construction process, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier and contractor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects through phases 4 to 6 of the construction process.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with the design and build team to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
