As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Matric/ Tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Recruiter, with a focus on technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies, including Business Analyst, Software Development, Data Engineer, Test Analyst, Network Engineering, etc.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Package & Remuneration
R15 000 to R18 000 Per month CTC
