Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Manage cash flow and conduct forecasting.
Analyze cost of sales and other financial metrics.
Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain financial records.
Operational Leadership:
Collaborate with franchises to ensure financial compliance and support.
Act as the second-in-command to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain and enhance BEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) compliance levels.
Payroll and HR Support:
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist with HR functions related to payroll and employee benefits.
Strategic Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze financial trends and provide insightful reports for decision-making.
Assist in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5 X years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the franchising or services industry.
Proficiency in payroll management and HR-related functions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Knowledge of BEE compliance regulations.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of collaborating effectively across teams.
