Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hygiene care service industry .
- Grade 12 and / or Diploma in Operations Management.
- Valid driver’s license.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent client-facing abilities.
- Leadership and motivation qualities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Sense of urgency and strong people management skills.
- Good understanding of industry technology.
- Competence in IR / HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch services and ensure quality delivery.
- Manage assets, stock, and warehouse operations.
- Conduct customer visits and problem resolution.
- Supervise vehicle maintenance, stock loading/unloading, and staff training.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Manage installations, maintenance tickets, and withdrawals.
- Coordinate and maintain client and employee safety files, including medicals and inductions.
- Drive performance through monitoring and achieving KPIs.
