Design Modeller (MEP) position based in Northern Cape.
Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed MEP design models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams, including engineers and architects, to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in generating technical drawings, diagrams, and documentation for construction and design teams.
- Support senior designers and engineers by providing model updates and revisions based on project feedback.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and quality control procedures.
Requirements: - Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in BIM modelling and MEP design, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit, for MEP modelling.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modelling and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
