Our manufacturing client in Balfour, seeks a strong Fabrication Manager to lead a team of skilled fabricators, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and supporting the factory and maintenance teams with continuous improvement projects.
Requirements: - Technical qualification in fabrication, welding, or mechanical engineering.
- A Red Seal certification (Boilermaker, Welder, or similar) is preferred.
- 5 years+experience in a fabrication or mechanical engineering role,
- At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Proficiency in welding, cutting, and other metal fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of fabrication equipment.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations, quality control processes, and standard fabrication practices
Key Responsibilities:
The Fabrication Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all fabrication activities at all sites
