- Monitoring and reporting on corporate actions impacting the business.
- Providing guidance on tax planning strategies and corporate actions initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational tax and corporate actions within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and corporate actions processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational tax and corporate actions roles.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in tax laws and regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CTA, or equivalent.
