Finance Clerk This is an on-going contract

Location : Crown Mines
Key requirement - Practical experience with SAP system
- Numerical skills
- Great written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Matric qualification and experience in finance or similar
Key responsibility - Managing the purchasing process within an organization
- Work with vendors to place orders, negotiate prices and terms of sale, and ensure that products and services are delivered on time and as promised
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
- Monitor inventory and processing orders for stock replenishment
- Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
- Update all records of purchased products (GRN)
