Job Description:
Develop, manage, lead and report on sales incentives
Liaise carefully with the business stakeholders for the purpose of securing future business and cultivating purposeful relationships
Head up the commercial team, comprising of New business, Sales, Programme Management, Tender management and Marketing
Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure exceptional and consistent services across all clients
Provide sound knowledge and guidance of corporate governance
Ensure Sales and Marketing activities are planned and executed
Deliver presentations to prospective clients
Manage and lead the marketing team and budgets to ensure brand presence and campaigns are aligned
Grow the effective SMME strategy
Develop lead and grow the entire commercial team for succession planning
Qualification and Skills:
BCom Qualification – Minimum
PGDip or Master’s would be advantageous
Must have 5-8 years Commercial & Marketing Management experience
Ability to cold call, network independently and proactively generate sales leads
Must have knowledge of Business Analysis, Risk Management, and Workforce management.
