Job Title: Wealth Manager (Hybrid)
Role Overview:
The Wealth Manager is a vital member of a collaborative team that utilizes a data-informed Integrated Advice approach. This role takes a holistic view of each client''''s financial circumstances, aspirations, and family needs, aiming to provide comprehensive long-term financial protection. The team is composed of diverse talents committed to helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Responsible for meeting predetermined sales targets by identifying opportunities within the existing client base and advising on approved investment and risk solutions.
Client Education and Retention:
- Educates clients on products and services to enhance client retention, increase sales revenue, and expand the organization''''s client base.
Financial Analysis and Planning:
- Analyzes financial information gathered from clients to develop tailored financial plans or proposals using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Proposal Development:
- Formulates proposals in areas such as cash management, risk assessment, investment planning, and estate planning to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Client Reporting:
- Provides regular reports to clients in line with agreed service level agreements, ensuring high-quality and consistent advice that aligns with the organizations investment philosophy.
Networking and Competitive Edge:
- Contributes to maintaining a competitive advantage through external networking, benchmarking, and participation in relevant forums.
Relationship Building:
- Develops networks and builds alliances to strengthen internal support and enhance client offerings.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a graduate qualification in Finance, Investment, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Significant experience in delivering custom-built solutions for client wealth portfolios at a managerial level is essential.
- Possession of CAT 1 licenses, with CAT 2 licenses as an advantage.
