Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger, processing month-end journal entries, reconciling ledger accounts and balancing the balance sheet.
- Prepare weekly Cost of Sales Reports for management and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly Management Report Packs for management and attend to queries.
- Full management of the finance department and assist department staff with discrepancies and queries.
- Liaise with Operations Managers and resolve queries.
- Review and approve online banking payments.
- Balance Cash Control Accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare any ad hoc reports as requested by management from time to time.
- Reconcile inter-company loan accounts.
- Review and approve supplier reconciliations.
- Review month-end payroll processing.
- Manage Finance Department Staff.

Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
- Finance department management: 3 years (Required)
