Senior HR Business Partner is required for a large and busy manufacturing site based near Carlisle. We are looking for an HR professional with first class leadership and manufacturing experience who can lead and drive forward HR in a challenging environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced blue collar HR professional who is looking for their next exciting challenge. In reward you will be paid a salary up to 71,000 p.a. plus car allowance and bonus potential. If you are interested in relocating, there is also a relocation package available.
Based on-site in Carlisle, 5 days a week this is a very people facing role where you will spend the majority of your time on the 'shop floor'. This is a central part of the site leadership team to develop strong credible relationships.
As Senior HR Business Partner you must have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
- Experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Experience of working with Trade Unions.
- Passion and drive to empower and engage colleagues.
Your Senior HR Business Partner responsibilities include:
- Own the HR agenda for the site.
- Work with the senior leadership team on establishing and implementing solutions that support ongoing development of leadership capabilities.
- Identify key areas impacting business performance and engagement levels.
- Drive forward and manage the site people plans.
- Build solidi relationships with site trade union teams.
- Manage and support the Site L&D Coordinator and the Site Engagement Lead.
