Shire Healthcare are recruiting for an *Educational Psychologist* to join a *charity *working across specialist schools in *Cheshire*.
*Role snapshot:*
The candidate appointed will be joining a *Systemically* focused MDT within a newly establish Psychology service. The post holder will used a *trauma informed approach* working with children and young people who present with neurodiverse presentations. The successful candidate will conduct psychological assessments, produce reports and provide advice and support to parents/carers, teachers and SENCOs.
Due to the service being in its infancy, this is an exciting opportunity for the post holder to help shape and contribute to *service development.*
*Contract type* – 12 month FTC (term time - 43 weeks)
*Hours* – both part time and full time is being considered.
*Salary* - £60,000 FTE (57,400 term time)
*Experience required:*
Educational Psychologists applying will have *HCPC* registration and due to the nature of the role, a car driver/owner is mandatory.
