Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a *Therapy Lead (Counsellor)* to work within a CYP outpatient service in Southeast London who have an overall *CQC *rating of *“Good.”*
*Role snapshot:*
The candidate appointed will be managing a small therapy team who work within a *private outpatient children and young people service* (ages 6-17) which currently offer 121 therapy to service users. The post holder will help the service grow, innovate and develop to be able to offer additional services such as outpatient groups and day care groups. The successful candidate will also hold a small clinical caseload, a typical week being approx. 60% service lead and 40% clinical caseload.
*Contract type* – permanent
*Hours* – full time, fully on site. Subject to applications part time may be considered.
*Salary* - £40,000 - £52,000 FTE
*Experience required:*
Full *accreditation* with the *BACP, BABCP* or *UKCP* is mandatory, along with sound post qualification CAMHS experience and experience of supervising staff.
