As working student you will be supporting the controlling team (20 hours per week) while handling the financial reporting and activities for Group IT. This role ensures timely and accurate financial data delivery while providing support in various finance-related activities, including forecasts, CAPEX management, and contract administration. The Controller will collaborate closely with internal teams and collaborators to drive improvements in execution and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.

- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Assist in preparing and monitoring of operating forecasts.
- Supervise CAPEX requests, tracking spend and depreciate asset as required
- Assists other Group IT employees with information and/or analysis when requested
- Suggest improvements of finance-related processes
- Maintain Group IT personnel org chart and Group IT personnel changes
- Manage contract with internal suppliers and customers
- Financial studies and background (Bachelor or Master student or equivalent)
- First experience gained in Accounting and Finance is desirable
- Good understanding of accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)
- Secure expertise in Microsoft products, especially in Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Formulas)
- Working knowledge with BI tools and experience with SAP is beneficial
- Proficient in English and German, both in written and spoken
