Location: 34-Bedded Care Home, New Milton, Hampshire
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Shifts:
- Week 1: Thursday & Friday, 08:00 - 18:00
- Week 2: Saturday, 08:00 - 14:00 & Sunday, 08:00 - 18:00
- Additional Requirement: Ability to cover for the Head Chef during holidays

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook high-quality meals tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop varied, nutritious, and seasonally inspired menus.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Adapt meals to meet specific dietary requirements, such as allergies, dysphagia, and modified textures.
- Efficiently manage stock and supplies to reduce waste.
Requirements - Proven experience as a chef in a care home, school, hospital, or similar setting.
- Knowledge of dietary needs, including modified diets and allergen management.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards within a healthcare environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently when required.
- A compassionate and respectful attitude towards residents and their well-being.
