We’re seeking experienced Business Analysts.
As a team member, you’ll collaborate with our clients to deliver products and solutions that address business needs and enhance team performance. This work will be conducted in a consultative and collaborative manner, aligning with our company values.
This role involves working in teams that utilize modern agile technical practices, such as continuous integration, deployment, and rapid feedback loops, to deliver timely and pragmatic solutions. You’ll also contribute to improving the overall effectiveness of the team.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
Work with product owners and subject matter experts to define features and products.
Enable and facilitate teams to deliver software products that achieve client business outcomes.
Facilitate both in-person and remote teams, collaborating with team members, clients, and other suppliers.
Work with a diverse range of roles, including technical, business, research, and product stakeholders, to align and enable them to achieve successful outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

- Has a technical understanding of product/service development and support. Can use, test, and demonstrate products, explain technical approaches, and seek deeper technical knowledge when needed.
- Actively shares knowledge, including ways of working, tools, techniques, and engagement intelligence, with the team, client, and wider network. Mentors client BAs and participates in BA communities.
