FRONT OFFICE MANAGER – PATERNOSTER DUNES
The position requires the following skill set and characteristics:
- Profound computer literacy is a necessity.
- The ability to effectively and smoothly manage administrative tasks e.g. completing time sheets, scheduling appointments, planning and organising the daily running of office tasks.
- Previous hospitality experience will be advantageous.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans (both spoken and written).
- Presentability as the office manager is the first point of entry of the company.
- The ability to multitask under pressure and to perform tasks accurately.
- Willingness to work pre-scheduled shifts during the week and every second weekend.
- Willingness to perform tasks within the company, other than described above, should the need arise.
- Residing in Paternoster is preferable.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own transport.
- Being a non-smoker.
- Minimum Matric pass.
