Job description
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations and customers to enhance the company's visibility and access to opportunities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures
Keep abreast with market developments
Expand the company's market presence and revenue stream
Monitor and analyze the performance of commercial projects and initiatives against established KPIs and objectives, and recommend improvement actions as needed
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Must have 4 - 6 years sales experience
Must come from Chemical, Minerals or Agricultural background
Proven track record of success in commercial management, corporate development, or business development roles
Strong negotiating skills
