Job Description
Introduction
If you have a head for business and enjoy problem-solving, you could be the Finance Manager we’re looking for.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and implement department procedures, modifying as necessary.
- Prepare reports summarizing and forecasting company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
- Oversee cash flow management.
- Responsible for month-end close and all account reconciliations to provide an accurate financial representation of the company.
- Prepare and monitor budget, with input from all departments.
- Provide management with timely reviews of the organization’s financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Review and audit company accounts for consistency and accuracy.
- Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies.
- Establish relations with banks, financial institutions, and international suppliers.
Requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Postgraduate Hons in Bcom Accounting or BAcc Accounting
- 3 years experience in managing teams in a medium sized organization
