Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Administer and reconcile membership accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder interactions to ensure exceptional outcomes.
- Interpret payment sheets and handle unique financial requirements.
- Operate under high-pressure billing periods, delivering outstanding results.
- Provide seamless support to ensure contribution collection from dedicated profiles.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years in membership administration and reconciliation
- Minimum of 2 years in the medical scheme industry
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Compensation
Remuneration is competitive and aligned with your experience level.
