Trade Support - (Italian Speaking)
Salary - 45k - 47k per year, with a 5% bonus
Fully Office Based
12 Month contract with scope of extension
We are currently looking for a Trade Support professional to join our client's dynamic Trade Finance Team. This is a temporary-to-permanent position located in Bromley, London. As part of this team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support, including document scanning, client query responses, reporting duties, and trade log management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks to support the Trade Finance Team
- Scan traditional trade documents and Gtees/SBLC documentation
- Respond to basic client queries
- Assist with monthly reporting to both internal and external clients
- Handle post-related tasks, including purging and daily trade log maintenance
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a banking environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with trade finance products is desirable
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
