Role Overview: As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our corporate client base. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home and London office. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate travel sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
- Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 5 years of Business Development experience within the travel industry.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting KPIs and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel management and the nuances of the travel industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- understanding of RPO, RFP and bid management
- Proficiency in travel related CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
