Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.
- Analyze existing talent acquisition procedures and develop new, more efficient methods of finding great candidates.
- Oversee the bulk recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring to meet large-scale staffing needs.
- Develop and implement strategies for high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Manage a team of talent acquisition administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Ensure that the recruitment team adheres to best practices, company policies, and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
- Enhance the employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Implement strategies to improve candidate engagement and satisfaction.
- Work closely with HR and other departmental heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Collaborate to refine job descriptions, set recruitment expectations and create a streamlined hiring process.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time to fill, attrition & compliance.
- Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.
- Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer.
- Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years experience in bulk recruitment in high growth environments, with exposure to the BPO industry.
- At least 2 years of strong people management experience, preferably having led a team of recruiters.
- Competency in full cycle recruiting is required.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Avature and Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, human resources management, or a related field (Desirable).
