Job Title: Professional Services Consultant
Location: Glasgow, UK
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000
Who we are:
Inisoft are seeking an experienced IT professional to join the team as Professional Services Consultant.
Our support team provide first and second level support for our global customer base, while the professional services function manage software implementations of Syntelate XA both in the UK and further afield, sometimes remotely and sometimes on-site. This role, though technical, requires an individual with a commercial mindset who is always looking to grow our existing business by understanding the customer needs and how the Inisoft solutions and products can fulfil these.
Role Details:
Key responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients during the implementation phase
Logging, investigating and resolving client issues
Becoming a subject matter expert in our products
Preparing accurate project/technical documentation
Implementing & maintaining a clear project methodology and process throughout the business
Providing training to clients’ technical staff and/or end users
To be a natural and proactive problem solver, able to think on your feet to investigate and resolve client issues
Drive customer growth and retention by delivering exceptional customer service, promoting product usage and finding the opportunity to deliver more for our customers
Flexibility to travel to UK sites as well as internationally as required.
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience with server and desktop operating systems and hardware, as well as SQL Server capability

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience in the contact centre environment, either technically or operationally
An IT qualification
SQL skills
Cloud implementation experience
