This role involves managing staff, coordinating patient care within the operating theatres, ensuring a safe and efficient environment, and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety. The successful candidate will have a solid background in theatre management, a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills
Educational Requirements : A degree or diploma in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in theatre management or surgery (e.g., perioperative nursing) are highly desirable.
Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or theatre management role, preferably in a hospital or surgical center environment.
Leadership Skills : Proven experience in leading teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
Organizational Skills : Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Theatre Operations : Strong understanding of surgical procedures, theatre workflow, infection control standards, and health and safety protocols.
Technical Competencies : Familiarity with theatre management software, scheduling systems, and electronic health records (EHR).
Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
