We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Remuneration Consultant. As a valued member of our HR Shared Service, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service and fostering an outstanding employee experience for our diverse workforce.
The remuneration team takes pride in supporting the delivery of Remuneration initiatives for The Foschini Group. The purpose of this role is to implement strategic initiatives and execute on cyclical remuneration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of annual review and variable pay activities
- Submission of various legislative reports including data verification and testing of report
- Assist with monthly remuneration audits and systems updates
- Compiling package calculations for new employees
- Prepare internal offers, restraint/retention and relevant packages accurately using updated templates, matrices and signed off by relevant stakeholders
- Participate and support external surveys
- Compile reward communication
- Adhoc assistance with reward projects as needed
- Ensure allocated Remuneration activities, including queries are prepared and delivered within SLA and meet quality standards
- Supporting line managers with remuneration related queries
Qualifications and Experience:
- GRP modules (completed or in progress)
- 2 to 5 years’ relevant remuneration experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong technical understanding of variable pay, pay review processes, Sectorial determination, EEA4, Remchannel and other salary survey data submissions and Incentive calculations
