IIE's Vega School, Pretoria Campus has a vacancy for a Part-time Lecturer for the second semester in:

Quantitative Techniques

Competencies Required:

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Presentation Skills

Effective Classroom Management

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Ideal:

Any Honours degree with Statistics/Econometrics to a third-year level.

Alternatively:

Honours in one of the business-related fields (e.g. economics, entrepreneurship, risk, supply chain or project management) – with Statistics/ Econometrics to a third-year level
Bachelor's degree with Statistics/ Econometrics to the third year level PLUS either an MBA or a Postgraduate Diploma in Business or Education

Work Experience Requirements:

Lecturing experience in Statistics/Mathematics
Work experience as a statistician (e.g. STATSSA)/in a business-related field
Quantitative research with a strong emphasis on statistics

Working Conditions:

Please note that this is an Independent Contractor role
Positions are part-time, with lectures taking place between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday
