Together with our team and the HPI management, you take the lead in planning, executing, and delivering strategic projects that drive the institute's mission and long-term success.

- Analysis and strategy development: Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for strategic growth
- Coordination and communication: Liaising with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress and regular reporting to management
- Risk management: Identify potential challenges proactively and develop creative solutions to minimize risks and ensure project success
- Change management: Facilitate organizational transformation by supporting teams in adopting new processes and implementing innovative strategies
- Preparation of decision papers: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication across all levels
- You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, project management, or a related field and are eager to bring your expertise to impactful projects
- With 3+ years of experience in strategic project management or corporate development with a proven track record of delivering impactful results
- You understand how to structure complex issues and develop target-oriented solutions
- You thrive on solving complex problems, structuring challenges, and developing practical, goal-oriented solutions
- You bring hands-on experience with project management methodologies and know how to adapt them to achieve results. (e.g. Agile, Prince2). Ideally with a recognized certification
- Your exceptional communication and leadership skills enable you to align teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure processes run smoothly. Fluency in German and English enables you to navigate both local and international contexts effortlessly
- You work independently with a focus on solutions, showing the assertiveness and drive needed to deliver impactful results
- Preferred: You have experience in Academia and are aware of the unique challenges of academic institutions or research environments
