This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Nurse or an experienced Staff Nurse with supervisory and mentoring experience to go to the next level. In this position you will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing your team, actively monitoring and supervising care practices to ensure that high standards of nursing and personal care are met. You will also have to offer clinical guidance when necessary.
As the Clinical Lead of a Manor Life care home, you’ll support the delivery of the quality care we are known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect a varied and enjoyable role with multiple learning opportunities should you wish to take them.
Experience in caring for residents with a variety of health needs is important too, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
This is a large home that offers nursing care to elderly people and elderly people with dementia who have other nursing or care requirements.
You will need to be an RGN/Registered Nurse with a valid NMC (no restrictions), a clear DBS and be ablet to provide a minimum of 2 referees.
