Job Title: Operations Manager Micro Lending Company (KZN & Eastern Cape)
Job Overview:
A dynamic micro-lending company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of 12 branches across KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) and the Eastern Cape . Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 12 branches across KZN and Eastern Cape, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Drive performance improvements and operational efficiency across all branches.
- Provide regular management reports, including performance metrics and operational insights.
- Manage and support branch managers to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding business and improving client satisfaction.
- Address operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to branch operations.
- Handle budget management and financial planning for operational needs.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all branches.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Own transport (essential for traveling between branches).
- Proven experience in managing operations across multiple branches or locations.
- Strong understanding of micro-lending industry operations, or similar financial services experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in budget management and performance reporting.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and industry regulations.
Compensation:
- R50,000 per month basic salary .
- 5% profit share incentive (which can double or triple your salary based on performance).
Location:
- Based in Ballito , managing branches in KZN and Eastern Cape.
