We're looking for a Premises Manager to join our FM team based in Welling.
Location: On site - Covering two large school premises in Welling.
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
What will you be responsible for?
As Premises Manager, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in day to day running of the contract.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing operations of Services
- Manage and maintain excellent levels of service for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety policy
- Driving team performance
What are we looking for?
This role of Premises Manager is great for you if:
- Experience in team management
- PFI experience within facilities management
- CAFM experience
