Inspect all equipment to ensure production efficiency is achieved
Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults in machinery
Assemble, relocate, set up, and dismantle tools and machinery as needed
Perform maintenance tasks in compliance with the equipment supplier's safety standards
Monitor equipment inventory and coordinate order placements with the Store man
Respond to breakdowns and conduct maintenance on plant machinery
Proactively ensure maximum plant availability
Maintain logs and detailed reports on daily activities
Identify and evaluate hazardous situations on-site
Report all accidents and incidents to the Maintenance Manager promptly
Promote and adhere to safe working practices at all times
Support the maintenance of good housekeeping practices
Willing to be on standby
Skills & Experience:
Minimum510 years of experience as a Millwright or in Electrical work
Proficiency in PLC systems
Experience in the Plastic Industry and FMCG sectors is an advantage
Ability to work independently
Strong mechanical skills required
Qualification:
Trade certification is essential
N6 qualification is required
Electronics certification is required
Pneumatics certification is essential
