The role involves conducting research, financial analysis, and supporting portfolio management. Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive research on financial markets, industry sectors, and specific investment opportunities.
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, company financials, and market data to identify potential investment themes and opportunities.
- Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and geopolitical events that may impact investment decisions.
- Perform thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including company evaluations, competitive analysis, and risk assessments.
- Review and analyze financial statements, valuation models, and other relevant data to assess the feasibility and attractiveness of investments.
- Collaborate with investment team members to evaluate investment strategies and make informed recommendations.
Financial Modelling and Due Diligence:
- Project finance-based modelling.
- Due diligence analysis on potential projects and investments.
Team Collaboration and Development:
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the investment team and other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
