The Opportunity
We are looking for a top-notch Customer Service Advisor with a passion for customer service to further complement our team. We are committed to creating an incredible experience for our guests. Our Service Department is a busy and energetic environment with a constant flow of customers seeking your help & guidance. Our goal is to provide our customers with a seamless service experience by promptly attending to their needs and ensuring they are delivered an extraordinary level of service.
The Role:
- Greet visitors to the Service Department
- Work with the workshop controller to ensure the vehicle is ready on time
- Advise the customer of any required work
- Keep the customer informed during the day
- Hand the car back to the customer and explain the work completed
- Make future service bookings
To Succeed you will have:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Previous Dealership Experience, an advantage
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Excellent phone manner
- A Can-do attitude
- Strong ability to multitask and think on your feet
- Strong team player
