Have you seen the news? TG has been listed as one of the best places to work by The Sunday Times 2024. This could be your opportunity to join us and see what it is really like to be part of the tribe.
Do you want to work with likeminded professionals in a company that cares as much for its people as its clients? Then you are in the right place.
Somewhere you can make a difference to the world we are creating for future generations.
Do you want to have a direct impact on the development of our ever-growing communities? Love getting involved with exciting project teams to help deliver high-quality development projects? And you’re mad about mentoring others?
You’ll fit right in.
Working in the Landscape Planning sector, every day will be different. You’ll be accountable for delivering high-quality reporting and have plenty of contact with our clients – ensuring that they’re on budget, on time and – most importantly – happy.
You will be responsible for moulding the shape of development with landscape at the forefront of our client’s plans. From project inception and bidding stages, right through to the completion of planning documents. This will include: LVA; LVIA’s; EIA’s; Opportunities and Constraints Assessments; Management Plans; Method Statements; GI and Landscape Strategies. But don’t worry, you won’t always be nose-deep in paperwork. We would love for you to spend time meeting with our clients to develop strong working relationships so that you can win some of your own work!
That may all sound quite traditional but at Tyler Grange, we take a creative approach to every challenge we face; the normal way of doing things isn’t always the best way. So, if you enjoy getting stuck in and immersing yourself in a fast-paced and energetic environment, this job is for you.
The tasks you’ll come across will be varied to say the least. You will juggle a combination of juicy projects you can sink your teeth into and offer assistance to others in cross-discipline teams. To keep up, you will need to be adept at changing plans with the weather (sometimes quite literally). But, don’t worry, there will be quieter moments to take stock too. One thing we can guarantee is that no day will ever be the same in your time at Tyler Grange!
