Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Compiling and running sourcing events of all centrally planned F&F components & relevant VM equipment for all TFG Group retail Brands store build/launch within development program related to financial year store Capex release.
- Assist in forecasting and planning of centrally procured shop fitting & VM equipment supplied to store development Capex projects aligned to defined stock turn KPI’s.
- Assist in forecasting & planning cycle both local & international subject to manufacture lead-times (e.g. Production sequencing, draw-off requirements, logistics, shipping, clearance, duties & last mile logistics to development site destination/DC storage).
- Assist in management of stock book value, aging, obsolete risk and reporting to finance and auditing teams and all associated reporting.
- Management of multiple stock book plants and cross balancing to SAP values/trends & reconciliations (both SAP & Excel).
- 3rd party suppliers: Sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, Management of supplier relationships, SLA fulfilment & production/manufacture quality assurance.
- Formalized contracts and SLA agreements with key 3rd party suppliers secured.
- Management of direct internal TFG team and external 3rd party suppliers. Plus, oversight to TFG DC team allocated to shop fitting warehouse.
- DC storage location associated to development held stock both TFG DC & 3rd party suppliers storage locations.
- Leased storage m2 rentals negotiation and rental periods – within approved annualized cost centre budget, including approval of any cost recharge.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- 3+ years’ proven experience in sourcing and procurement.
- 3+ years’ proven central planning experience.
- Warehouse and distribution management.
- SAP and COUPA systems knowledge.

About the Team
The property management team at TFG is responsible for the day-to-day running, maintenance, and optimisation of our existing property portfolio, dealing with landlords and ensuring the strategic location strategy is met. In addition, our team carries out our long-term strategic facility management plans. This includes setting budgets, occupational health and safety requirements, developing and implementing facility improvements and managing all aspects of our various locations, such as stores, distribution centres, factories and head office buildings.
