Duties & Responsibilities
- To resolve all queries and enquiries in an effective and efficient manner on a daily basis to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- To accurately process and capture all sales orders before cut off times, to ensure customers are satisfied at all times.
- To effectively communicate with customers and other departments to provide ongoing feedback, to minimise complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
- To ensure that all administration and reports are actioned in accordance with the role requirements and SOP on a daily basis.
- To build effective working relationships with customers to improve NPS and CES and support the sustainability of customers.
- Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Critical job requirements:
Qualification(s):
- Grade 12.
- Post Matric certificate in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the Automotive Industry.
Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Computer literacy (Basic MS Word, Excel, and email).
- Problem solving.
- Deadline oriented.
Experience:
- 1 year customer service experience.
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
Package & Remuneration
- Working hours – 08:00 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 15:30 Friday.
