Role : Key Accounts Manager
Location : Port Elizabeth - Eastern Cape
Start Date: Immediate
Business development and maintenance of existing clients in line with organisational goals and targets.
Team Management: - Recruitment and placement of competent Associates in line with Client Service Level requirements;
- Maintain the organisations Statutory and Legislative compliance obligations thereby eliminating costly legal risks.
Key Performance Indicators
- Business Development: Increase number of Clients, Associate headcount and permanent placements.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain existing and new Clients and Contracts.
- Profitability: Ensure financial viability through maintaining and/or increasing profit margins.
- Management of Cost to Serve: Operations expenses and Client Contracts.
- Manage Operational Risks: Statutory and Legislative Compliance.
- Company Contribution.

Main Activities
- 1. Client Management: Clients serviced according to Service Level Agreements.
- 2. Associate Management: Effective recruitment, attendance monitoring and movement communication.
- Manage Legal and Financial Risk through Statutory and Legislative Compliance adherence.
- Manage Teams Internal Procedural Compliance contributing towards quality service delivery.
- Business Development through organized and coordinated Sales Activity.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships as a combined Operations team.
- Effective Reporting: Track trends, forecasts and strategy plans.
- Teamwork: Build and support relationships with Clients and Associates; and between your Branch and Payroll/Finance colleagues thereby contributing towards quality service delivery.
- Responsibly managing subordinates and providing the Business Line Manager with feedback.
