- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
- Extensive experience (6+ years) managing both accounting and finance functions
- Strong understanding of US and global finance, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and M&A activities in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth.
