As a Customer Service Executive based in Ripon (HG4 1SL) you’ll be responsible for:
Building and maintaining fantastic customers relationships over the phone & email.
Receiving and processing order enquiries and managing the order status
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to source products to fulfil customer orders
Handle order queries, follow up on orders
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, with one additional weekend day required every 4- 6 weeks which is paid as overtime
