A major Commercial Broker is recruiting for a Part Time Account Handler to join their successful, supportive and growing team.
You will work closely with the Brokers during the process and you will co-ordinate all stages of the placement of bespoke Insurance solutions to their diverse client base, ranging from large Corporate clients to Small and Medium sized Enterprises.
The team is able to support a variety of Part Time working patterns but would hope for a minimum of 21 hours worked across the week.
They are also very flexible about you working from home and their office.
The Senior Account Handler responsibilities include:
- Lead and deliver the end to end ongoing client service.
- Understand the clients' business and their risk management needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs.
- Provide technical and industry expertise.
- Determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients' needs.
- Check policies, market presentations and client documentation and provide renewal documentation.
- Communicate effectively internally and externally to maximise service delivery levels.
To be a successful Account Handler you will demonstrate:
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service.
- Commercial Insurance background with London Market experience being advantageous
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery.
- Skilled at building effective relationships, internally and externally.
