As a Senior UX Designer in our Lettings team, you'll be responsible for designing and enhancing workflows to improve the user experience for our clients. You will engage with a diverse array of feature requests, spanning activities from product discovery and research to wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and ultimately presenting your designs.
You'll have the opportunity to spend as much time as you want and need with our users, understanding their needs, challenges, and work styles, and use these insights actively, contributing to the product direction of Lettings. You’ll engage in workshops, seek feedback, and play a pivotal role in end-to-end product design, ensuring consistency and upholding a user-centric, clean, and modern design ethos.

Here’s what you can expect to be working on as a Senior UX Designer at Street Group
You’ll take a proactive role in building and enhancing workflows based on requests for UX improvements, addressing a variety of feature requests.
Conduct in-depth research to build empathy for users, understanding their needs, goals, challenges, and ways of working, contributing valuable insights to inform the design process.
Play an active role in shaping the product direction of Street Lettings by closely collaborating with the product owner and engineers, ensuring product experiences add value to both customers and the business.
Planning and facilitating workshops, focusing on activities like research synthesis and ideation, fostering a collaborative environment for generating creative solutions.
Take ownership of end-to-end product design, from scoping and user research to prototyping, design, and user-testing, ensuring consistency across multiple products at various stages of the product life cycle.
A bit about you
You’ll have at least 5 years UX Design experience.
You’ll have experience in conducting user research to gather insights.
You’ll have experience collaborating effectively with engineers and product owners, ensuring seamless teamwork.
You’ll be proficient with design tools, such as Figma.
You’ll be familiar with analytics software, and have an understanding of analytics concepts relevant to the role.
You’ll possess a customer-centric mindset and have a deep understanding of the customer space, coupled with strong communication skills and a burning curiosity for problem-solving within a collaborative environment.

Salary
£50k-£60k dependent on experience. However, sometimes the perfect person is far more or less experienced than we anticipated. In these situations planned ranges go out the window. If you think that might be the case, please apply and just let us know.
