Take a look at some of our projects: Discover our projects - Pick Everard Your core duties will include: Preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents and reports. Building on existing client relationships and ensuring commissions are delivered on time. Liaising directly with clients and resourcing own jobs. Controlling day to day programming and planning. Supporting junior colleagues on a day-to-day basis. Participating in Design Team meetings, reporting on and giving advice on cost control matters. In order to be considered for this role, you must: Have relevant experience within Cost Management in a consultancy environment Be proficient in managing projects across the built environment, conducting feasibility studies, detailed cost planning and have both pre and post contract experience.
