WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Lead generation and prospecting - identification, research, and qualifying of new business opportunities in target markets
- Generation of leads via various channels such as networking, online research, and industry events
- Client acquisition - engaging with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored marketing solutions. Manage and nurture relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process
- Sales strategy development - collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives. Identify trends, market needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments
- Proposal and pitch preparation - create compelling and informative pitches and proposals for potential clients outlining the company's services and value propositions
- Negotiation and closing - lead negotiations with new clients and ensure timely and successful closing of deals in line with company goals
- Client relationship management - maintain strong and long-term relationships with all potential and existing clients, ensuring ongoing business development opportunities. Act as a point of contact responsible for providing post-sales support as necessary
- Collaboration with internal teams - work closely with internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of the company's offering and to support with smooth onboarding for new clients and proper execution of client projects
- Reporting - provide regular updates to senior management on sales pipelines and business opportunities
WHO YOU ARE
- You must have prior experience of at least 3 years in New Business Development - experience working for a Marketing Agency is advantageous
- You must have a track record of successful sales
- You must be able to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, develop creative proposals to meet client needs, and collaborate with our talented marketing team to ensure seamless execution
- Familiarity with digital trends is essential
- Must be fluent in most digital marketing software and platforms
