Minimum Requirements for the Role
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum Matric is essential.
- 3 Years experience in a similar role.
- A solid understanding of Project Administration is essential.
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adobe InDesign experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Completing administrative functions pertaining to the compilation and submission of tenders and quotations.
- Capturing quotes and orders on system.
- Arranging weekly project meetings with all role-players, including drafting of agendas and minute taking.
- Assisting the GM Sales with all project administration tasks.
- Managing vendor applications.
- Creating and managing client pricelist.
- Printing, scanning, binding, and packing completed tender documentation.
- Carrying out duties above as requested by management when assigned to.
