Location: Norwich (2 days working from home per week)
Salary: 31,500 + excellent benefits
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri, no evenings/weekends/bank holidays

Overview:
Working for a leading hospitality sector training provider, you will support hospitality professionals achieve qualifications at levels 4. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.
A typical week:
- Manage & support a caseload of learners
- Deliver in person & online coaching
- Carry out regular progress reviews with learners
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver success
You'll need the following:
- Level 3 Hospitality qualification
- General Manager/Head of experience in Hospitality
- Front of House experience
- Car driver
- Interest or experience in training/coaching
