Estimated Salary Range: ZAR 120,000 - 180,000 per annum
Job Description
As the Operations / Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all departments within the hotel, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving the broader goals of the establishment. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, managing human resources, and fostering a positive guest experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Department Manager or GM in a 4/5 Star Hotel / Lodge
- Hotel School Diploma or similar qualification
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Micros POS and Opera PMS systems
